Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be charged when I request support?

Each support request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For an issue where something is “broken” or working incorrectly after we have implemented it, we will fix at no charge. For requests that involve new design or production, an estimate will be provided before the work begins. Many of our clients utilize an on-going support contract that covers up to an hour of 1-to-1 support (consulting or site updates), hosting, weekly website and database backups, and access to an extended software catalog.
